The proodee™ repair Good Faith Estimate
- Once your proodee™ appliance repair technician arrives at your home, he will assess your appliance and then ask permission to begin diagnostics. There is a $89 diagnostic fee. If you choose to hire your proodee™ appliance repair technician, the $89 you pay will apply toward the repair.
When might your repair incur higher costs?
- If your appliance requires a greater depth of diagnostic work and/or disassembly, or if it’s installed in a way that requires extra labor to remove and reinstall, an additional labor fee may apply. Your proodee™ appliance repair technician will always inform you in advance and go over the fees with you. He will only move forward with your permission.
proodee™ PRICE TO REPLACE VS. PRICE TO REPAIR GUARANTEE
- If your proodee™ appliance repair technician concludes that it is not cost effective to repair your appliance, your diagnostic fee may be discounted.
All proodee™ repairs are backed by a proodee™ guaranteed warranty:
- If a proodee™ repair fails within the first six months from the repair date, we will repair it at no additional labor cost. All proodee™ installations include a 6-month warranty on labor.
- All proodee™ installations use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. If parts are replaced, the customer will always be given the old parts. Before a new part is installed, the customer will always be presented with the replacement part and its packaging for review and/or disposal.
- You can rest assured that when you hire a proodee™ appliance repair technician, you have hired a professional that will highly respect your home using clean furniture rugs to protect your floors from tools and offering to use disposable shoe covers when entering your home.
